How does the AI know my services and prices?
You fill out a simple setup form — services you offer, starting prices, service areas, hours, after-hours fees, anything that makes your business yours. Takes about 10 minutes. Servable uses this as its "rate sheet" for every conversation. You can edit it anytime, and every edit instantly updates how the AI responds.
What happens when the AI can't answer something?
Servable is trained to know its limits. If a customer asks something outside its scope — a custom install, a tricky warranty question, a negotiation — it politely says "let me check with the owner" and pings you in the shared inbox with a clean summary. You jump in, take it from there. The handoff is seamless; the customer doesn't feel passed around.
Can customers still talk to me directly?
Always. You can jump into any conversation at any time — just type in the shared inbox and Servable steps aside. You can also mark specific customers as VIPs so Servable always loops you in first, or set "do not auto-reply" hours where every message waits for you.
